We understand that there may be situations when you would like to return a product. Our return policy is simple! If one of our products did not meet your expectations, you may return your product for a full refund within 15 days of purchase!
How do I return an item?
Simply ship the product back to us together with your receipt (packing slip that came with your order, or a print out of your email order confirmation). Please keep in mind that the item you are returning cannot be opened, used, or damaged. Please also note that you will be required to cover the shipping cost of the return.
What's the process once I send the return?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a full refund. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
