Is there someone I can speak to over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are still a small team and we currently can only accommodate customer inquiries via email. Your email will be answered by a qualified customer service representative who can assist with any concerns!

How long will it take for someone to get back to me?

Since our customer care team is a very small team, it may take 1-3 business days to respond back. However, we review emails Monday through Friday between 9AM - 5PM so you can be sure to receive a response!

Where can I ask for a return or refund?
